The project is 8,000,000 Square meters with a built-up area of approximately 3,000,000 Square meters and has a population of 60,000 students in addition to faculty. The academic campus is 400,000 Square meters and is made up of ten faculties.
The health sciences campus covers 200,000 Square meters and consists of six faculties. The medical Center area sits on 107,000 square meter of land and offers a full range of medical services. Additionally, a 214,000 Square meters’ service zone sits on the westernmost boundary and the 77,500 Square meters warehouse will have its roof retrofitted with a solar panel farm capable of providing enough power to cover the space heating and hot water requirements of the whole campus.
In addition to these areas, the campus includes: Central library with over five million volumes, K-12 girls’ and boys’ schools for the children of faculty and staff. A stadium with capacity for 7,000 people. |
